1. Returns Policy

Homeopathic medicines are custom-prepared based on the individual’s health needs, and as such, they are considered non-returnable, in any case. Once a remedy has been dispatched, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product so we can resolve the issue.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Appointment Cancellations:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of booking confirmation amount paid while booking the appointment or the full charge of the appointment.
  • Rescheduling:
    You may reschedule an appointment at any time, subject to availability. If rescheduling is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, there will be no additional charges. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee, as described above.
  • No-Show Policy:
    If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you may be charged the full appointment fee.

3. Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide effective and satisfactory treatments. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. We have outlined the conditions under which refunds are applicable:

  • Homeopathic Consultations and Treatments:
    Since homeopathic treatments are highly individualized, refunds are not provided once the consultation or treatment has been completed or in any case.
  • Product Purchases:
    If you purchase homeopathic remedies or other products from our website and find them to be damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.   • Requesting a Refund:
    If you are eligible for a refund under our policy, please submit a request by contacting us at admin@drsamcare.inor calling +91- 9967773355. Be sure to include your booking details or order number, along with the reason for your refund request.

Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:
    • The request is made outside the specified time frame.
    • The service or product has been used or consumed.
    • The refund request is deemed unjustified or inappropriate by Dr. SAM Homeopathy.
